Pasture Raised.
Our beef is raised on a pasture blend of fescue, clover and orchard grass and raised to a live weight of around 1000-1100lbs. Beef is hung for a minimum of 10 to 14 days after being processed in a Federally inspected USDA facility. All cuts are individually vacuum sealed to preserve freshness.
Our beef is sold down to the quarter animal. We charge $6.30 per pound on the hanging weight of the carcass. We require a $150 deposit per quarter. For more information and to order give us a call!
